On Wednesday night, India conducted a surgical strike on suspected 7 militants in Pakistan across the Line of Control. Lt General Ranbir Singh announced it today and said the strikes launched were based on ‘very specific and credible information that some terrorist units had positioned themselves to infiltrate’.
This news evoked reactions across the country and from common men to celebrities, and ministers have since then celebrated the Indian Army’s move.
Here’s how Twitterati reacted to the surgical strike!
Pakistan had a choice. Deny the #SurgicalStrike or consider retaliation and possible escalation. So far seem to have opted for the former.
