While world feminism is on the verge of a war with traditional social expectations and MRA’s think no one really cares about men anymore, here we are, to show all of you Meninists that we really care! (and feminism actually<by definition> means equal rights to all gender)

So here are a list of food you can eat to increase your testosterone count without any harmful supplement that might kill your kidneys:

Testosterone:

Testosterone is a hormone that is produced by the human body and is produced mostly in the testicles than in ovary. It stimulates sperm production and a man’s sex drive.

Testosterone production typically decreases as men age, precisely after 30’s. They can experience a range of symptoms if it decreases more than it should: low semen volume, hair loss, goodbye erection, fatigue while you do your woman. If it reaches that stage it has already started to get scary.

To your rescue:

 1. GarlicGarlic contains the chemical diallyl disulfide which rushes the production of testosterone, if eaten with high protein diet.

2. Zinc enriched food: Zinc plays an important part in regulating serum testosterone levels in men. A lot of your favourites have high content of zinc in it. Food sources of zinc include:

  • Red Beans
  • nuts
  • crab
  • lobster
  • whole grains
  • Oysters
  • Red meat
  • Poultry products

3. Spinach: These leaves lower your oestrogen levels. Spinach is rich in magnesium and vitamins C and E – all essential testosterone builders.

4. Tuna: Vitamin D is essential for maintaining semen quality and sperm count and Tuna spurs your body with Vitamin D so don’t do feed your male ego, feed your lovely self and add tuna to your diet today!

5. Mushrooms: Some mushrooms don’t just look like penis but they have powers to protect yours. It does wonders by controlling the body from producing the enzyme estrogen synthetase which converts androgen hormones to oestrogen hormones hence making you “The Man” you have fancied yourself to be from the contraceptive ads.

4. Cruciferous vegetables:  Eating more cruciferous vegetables-Brussels sprouts, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, arugula, watercress, turnip greens, collard greens, rutabaga, radishes, daikon, kohlrabi and kale. These lower your oestrogen level and corrects your sperm counts.

5. Go easy on sugar:

The Endocrine Society says that glucose (sugar) decreases testosterone levels in the blood by as much as 25 percent. So after you are thirty, you might as well give up on consuming sweets to not effect your manhood.

Excuse us for the sexist jokes because we really empathise and believe that being aware of your low testosterone count can be unsettling, but it’s 100% not a reflection of virility or “manhood” at all. Speak to your doctor about your treatment options, but a few lifestyle changes may be all you need to put your life back on track.
